Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Steamclean Auto Detailing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Steamclean Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior auto detailing
• Steam cleaning services
• Specialty services (mold restoration, pet hair removal, odor removal, emergency cleanup)
• Fleet and B2B detailing services
• Mobile detailing services
• Sale of detailing products (Saltmelt Pro products)

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your request.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service or reduce the scope of work to fit the remaining time available.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• For fleet and B2B services, invoicing terms will be agreed upon in writing
• All prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices will be honored for scheduled appointments
• Additional services requested during the appointment will be billed accordingly

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage or special concerns about your vehicle
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time (for mobile services)
• Provide accurate contact information and vehicle details
• Ensure adequate water and electrical access for mobile detailing services

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent or require multiple treatments. We will inform you of any limitations before beginning work.

Vehicle Condition

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles with excessive contamination or hazardous conditions
• Customers will be notified of any discovered damage before work begins

Lost or Stolen Items

Steamclean Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Product Sales

We offer detailing products for sale, including:

• Saltmelt Pro Carpet & Mat Protectant: Repels Salt, Dirt and Spills
• Saltmelt Pro Salt Residue Remover: Dissolves Tough Salt Stains

Product purchases are subject to our Return Policy and Shipping Policy (see respective pages for details).

Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a complimentary re-service.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Steamclean Auto Detailing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
