Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information
Shipping Addresses
- We ship to all addresses within the continental United States
- P.O. Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping only
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking information. You will receive:
- Email notification with tracking number when your order ships
- Direct link to track your package with the carrier
- Estimated delivery date based on your chosen shipping method

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at (651) 508-2109
- Do not discard packaging - we may need it for a carrier claim

Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in international orders, and we will notify you if this policy changes in the future.
Bulk Orders and Wholesale
